THIS EMPLOYEE FOUNDATION IS A SPECIAL FOUNDATION DESIGNED TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO EMPLOYEES EXPERIENCING UNFORESEEN EMERGENCIES, A MAJOR MEDICAL SITUATION, SUFFERING FROM A CATASTROPHIC EVENT, OR FACING OTHER CHALLENGES IN LIFE WHICH THEY ARE NOT FINANCIALLY PREPARED TO HANDLE. ALL EMPLOYEES MAY CHOOSE TO MAKE FINANCIAL DONATIONS TO THIS FOUNDATION. IT IS FUNDED BY EMPLOYEES AND FOR EMPLOYEES. THESE GUIDELINES PROVIDE DETAILS ABOUT HOW TO CONTRIBUTE AND HOW TO APPLY FOR A GRANT. "IN JERRY'S FOOTSTEPS" IS SET UP AS A 501(C) (3) NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. IT CONSISTS OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND A GRANT SELECTION COMMITTEE MADE UP OF EMPLOYEES FROM ALL DIVISIONS IN OUR ORGANIZATION.
