Our Mission The mission of the Rental Housing Association of Southern Alameda County RHA is to preserve and enhance the future of the rental housing industry in the communities we serve and to promote the ethical treatment of residents and applicants while protecting our members business investments. We help our ownermanager members operate their rental property successfully and profitably by providing education information local government advocacy products and services. RHA is the local leader in promoting fair and ethical rental property owners and managers. The RHA is governed by a Board of Directors which is elected by the general membership.
