Jade Proctor About Project Jade Project Jade was started in 2020 in Michigans Upper Peninsula by Neily Collick and Sarah Foster. Locations Project Jade has expanded past schools and signs are going up in parks and libraries all over. Get Involved This project would not exist without the dozens of individuals who has gotten involved.
