PARTNERS WHO WE HELP Emerging Builders was founded to address two critical challenges the underrepresentation of women Black Indigenous and people of color in the construction trades and the ongoing skilled labor shortage. We are dedicated to equipping future construction leaders in Kansas City with the skills and opportunities they need to thrive and secure contracts in their communities.
