Family Service Association Family Strength is Community Strength Family Service Association FSA was founded by the Junior League and local faithbased organizations in the City of Riverside who had growing concerns when they saw the deterioration of local military families in the early 50s. Since that time FSA has grown to be one of the largest and most trusted multiservice nonprofits in the Inland Empire. For nearly 70 years Family Service Association has addressed poverty hunger and health from infancy to older adults in families and underserved communities. FSAs motto is compelling Family Strength Is Community Strength.
