PIE (formerly PRAISE) Piedmonters for Inclusive Education formerly known as PRAISE PIE is a parentled organization that works in partnership with the Piedmont Unified School District in Piedmont California and other parent groups to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students with disabilities and learning differences as well as their families. Through collaboration and advocacy PIE aims to improve educational opportunities resources and services for these students and to promote awareness and understanding of their unique needs and challenges. It is important to remind people that special needs like education are not really special they are the same needs and rights that every person should enjoy the delivery specifics are whats different.
