Equity In The Center® works to shift mindsets, practices and systems in the social sector to center race equity and build a Race Equity Culture™. Our “Awake to Woke to Work®: Building a Race Equity Culture™” publication provides a framework, insights, tactics, and practices social sector organizations can use to measurably shift organizational culture and operationalize equity. Through partner trainings, convenings, tools, resources and a national network of support, EIC equips leaders to serve as change agents who drive race equity within their organizations.
