Raising up and launching artists ages 5 and up in visual arts, leadership, marketing, business and community involvement. Local outreaches include "The Power of Art" programs for at risk children, children and adults who are victims of trafficking. VSOA has outreaches in senior homes and for children with autism. Scholarship programs with full participation in semester courses, camps, shows and competitions are given yearly to deserving students. The umbrella over VSOA is Visionary Centers International which is designated as a church with separate accounts and operations. VCI is an outreach center with weekly services and training in inner healing. prosperity and grace. VCI launches outreaches in arts and abolishing human trafficking.
