New Life Economic Development is a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that specializes in providing development, compliance, and socially responsive management services for multifamily affordable rental properties in Southern California. As a nonprofit, we are mission driven and bring extra value to property owners, residents, and the community. We save property owners time and money by proactively finding and repairing compliance issues and optimizing operations. We benefit residents by providing programs and amenities that enhance quality of life. And we support the local community by hiring employees who live in the areas we serve. We are proud to have a track record of extending rental opportunities to veterans and the recently homeless.
