Our community programs encourage youth participation, personal integrity, leadership and competitive spirit in a friendly environment that builds responsible citizens. Our vision:Youth Tennis San Diego will be locally and nationally acclaimed as a collaborative model inspiring children to exceed their expectations in physical, educational and social progress Excellence in programing, accessible to all children will teach life skills leading to responsible citizenship. As programs at the Barnes Center grow YTYSD outreach programs will further expand to serve the future needs of our growing and diverse populations. We will be investing in our youth through accessible and affordable tennis and educational activities. The overarching objective is to impart the valuable life skills and experience which tennis offers, replacing discouragement with dreams, apathy with achievement, and that when you try your best, success is the outcome.
