Cedar Trees Commitment to End Racism We believe systemic racism must be dismantled and we will be part of the solution by increasing our staff board and communitys ethnic diversity to represent our community. We will teach peace and acknowledge that racism exists. We will learn from each other and talk with our children about our role and responsibility to end racism.
