UNITY PROGRESS SOLIDARITY The League of United Latin American Citizens LULAC founded in 1929 is the oldest and most widely respected Hispanic civil rights organization in the United States of America. Since its founding in1973 LULAC Stockton Council 2060 has fought for full access to the voting process and works to improve opportunities for the citizens of San Joaquin County.
