Philadelphia Prevention Partnership Welcome To The Philadelphia Prevention Partnership ThePhiladelphia Prevention Partnership is a coalition of Community partnerships sharing the common goal of Preventing substance abuse alcohol tobacco and other Drugs in the long term through out the city. Prevention is built on relationships and information. The Partnership is building relationships between and among individuals families agencies organizations and ethnicities and providing training and information. An important gap the Partnership structure addresses is reaching cultural groups who tend to work only within their systems.
