The mission of the Dillon County Long Term Recovery Group is to provide recovery services to individuals and families affected by the October 2016 floods from Hurricane Matthew, Hurricane Florence and thereafter…. in the Dillon County communities. Services will be provided regardless of the individuals' race, creed, color, gender, disability, or religious preference. The goal is to help fellow residents fully recover from the disaster related unmet needs and return to safe, secure, and sanitary housing as quickly as possible
