Lower Umpqua Hospital Foundation
Promoting the growth and development of the citizens of the Lower Umpqua Hospital District and those organizations, whether or not controlled by the Hospital, which advance the health-related programs of the Hospital. These activities may include, but shall not be limited to, distributions to other organizations, the award of grants and scholarships to individuals, purchase equipment, undertake capital projects, upgrade community health services, experiment to improve health care delivery systems, cultivate forms of deferred gifts to the Foundation, involve community leaders in the health care program.
