Our organization is Fresh Start 2nd Chances offers supportive referral services to people in the local community with issues related to mental health, domestic violence, substance use and homelessness. Our organization's mission is to dedicate to reducing recidivism in the local community by partnering with various organizations and agencies offering re-entry services. This service consists of helping them into transitioning back into the community after post-release. Individuals with convictions can have the chance for a fresh start in connecting with employment, services along with local resource centers. Our organization aims to empower individuals and aid them in improving their quality of life for themselves and their families..
