Surf Development The Residences at Depot Street Adopt a Home Program Surf Development Company a 501c 3 nonprofit affiliate of the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara is requesting donations to fund ADOPTAHOME program for The Residences at Depot Street. This is an 80unit development for persons with special needs including veterans people with mental health challenges and individuals and families coming out of homelessness. This development is currently under construction and slated for completion in January 2020. Many of the individuals and families who will reside at The Residences at Depot Street do not have the necessities for their new home.
