Xcellence Ignited Building Skills For Life We help young people get what they want out of life Who We Are Xcellence Ignited is a 501c3 nonprofit that provides youthfocused skillbuilding programs and advocacy support to help young adults succeed in life. What We Do We collaborate with communities and organizations to increase resiliency andselfsufficiency in youth strengthen families and promote entrepreneurship and careerbuilding in historicallyexcluded Black and Brown communities within Hamilton County Ohio. Why We Do What We Do We recognize that many youths lack the skills needed to navigate challenging and traumatic situations successfully. Further young adults may not know their posthigh school options if college is not their choice.
