Non-profit public charity providing quality transitional care, bridging individuals to the sunset of their lives The mission of Sunset Bridge Corporation is to provide a peaceful retreat where terminally ill adults (age 18 yrs & older) and caregivers temporarily come together at no cost to determine end-of-life next steps. Here in Bethany Beach, DE (close to the water), SBC will provide the opportunity for everyone to come together to have those challenging discussions, tackle those difficult decisions, enjoy home-cooked meals, receive help/services, and enjoy the beauty of the water, sunrise/sunset, nature, and most importantly each other.
