Health Plan Partnership of Minnesota Our Mission The Health Plan Partnership of Minnesota works to advocate for health plans to have the tools and resources needed to best promote policies and advocate for accessible competitive high quality and affordable health care across Minnesota. Being a collaborative voice at the Capitol advocating for the interests of health plans and their members on legislative and regulatory issues. We do this by Promoting collaboration among health plans providers clients brokers other health care associations and key stakeholders to assert policy toward the provision of high quality affordable and accessible health care in Minnesota. Educate policy makers opinion leaders and regulators on the implications of policy concepts and proposals.
