Home Together formerly Maple Leaf Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization formed in December of 2021. We work directly with real estate professionals and Seattle Childrens Hospital to create affordable and nurturing childcentered housing for families who must relocate to Seattle for long term pediatric cancer treatment and heart transplant care. The majority of families we serve are lowmoderate income.
