Mission Statement: Build a stronger community through enriching activities, recreation and family support, where people of all ages are engaged, encouraged, and nurtured. The Tapply-Thompson Community Center (TTCC) was founded in 1946 by a group of visionary men and women that understood the importance of providing a safe and nurturing environment in which children and families could participate in recreational activities. The building the TTCC is housed in was built in 1890 and still serves the community well. The TTCC currently offers a diversified program of youth activities that include Summer Day Camps, Youth Sports, After School Programs, Teen Programming, Public Benefit Programs and Special Events.
