Lake Oswego Youth Traveling Basketball Association (LOYTBA) was formed in 1995 in an effort to provide competitive basketball programs for boys and girls in grades 5-8 feeding into Lakeridge and Lake Oswego High Schools. 4th graders were added to the program in 2013. There is also a recreational program for 3rd - 5th graders.
