On this #waybackwednesday we recall a photo shared by Honoree Jean Bixby Smith in her recent historical presentation at Tea for Tots. This photo shows former LBDN director Mary Soth, who is known for establishing LBDN's groundbreaking early childhood intervention program in 1984. The program has helped teachers and parents better understand child behavior and gone on to be a distinctive model of care, with in-house services and a consulting psychologist and clinical team.
