Mission2Move
Mission2Move is a chronic stress prevention program using movement and mindfulness to teach coping strategies to preschool children. Currently serving 1000 students a week in Cincinnati Public Schools. Mission2Move is a chronic stress prevention program that uses movement and mindfulness to improve academic performance and the social/emotional behavior of students. The program currently serves 1000 Cincinnati Public School preschool students across 21 schools, as well as kindergarten students at the North West Local School District, and first grade students in St. Bernard School District. The program recently conducted a study with the University of Cincinnati, School of Education, Center for Evaluation Services that proves an improvement in the conduct scores of children who received the program verse children who did not. That will be published in a journal in the spring of 2020.
