The Takeoff Institute is on a mission to democratize resources, mentorship and financial literacy for the black undergraduate population. We are built for black people, by black people, and have a deep understanding of the skills and training necessary to equip the future leaders of America that exist across our community. Our goal is to have every black student use this platform at some point in their academic journey, and return to it someday attesting that they built skills along the way that mattered greatly in the real world.

The Takeoff Institute 🚀 - Building Black Leaders of Tomorrow Helping Black undergraduates gain the skills they need to succeed in their young professional careers The Takeoff Institute provides resources and mentorship specifically tailored for Black undergraduate students. Our intensive 8week Summer Fellowship Program provides students with the opportunity to develop professional and interpersonal skills work with leaders in their desired field and jumpstart their careers. Our Mission By giving students the fundamentals and skills that all jobs require attention to detail effective communication collaboration etc. the Takeoff Institute will empower Black undergraduate students across the country to launch their careers and succeed after graduation.
