延續去年度委由臺中高工辦理「仰望技高一等人才營隊培訓計畫」，今年由大甲高工與西螺農工共同接棒辦理，攜手財團法人仰望教育基金會持續推動技職教育扎根與創新。 從去年臺中高工的成功經驗，到今年由大甲高工與西螺農工共同主辦，清楚可見此營隊計畫已逐步建立起穩固的制度化運作與典範力量，預期將持續發酵，帶動更多技職學子邁向專業卓越、品格優異的未來之路。 7/3於大甲高工舉行盛大的開訓典禮。首先由大甲高工楊仁聖校長開場致詞，感謝基金會與地方政府對技職教育的支持，也對參與營隊的學員表達殷切期許。隨後由仰望教育基金會執行長鼓勵參與的學生。此外，臺中市政府教育局高職教育科黃敬倫股長也親臨現場致詞，勉勵學生勇敢迎向挑戰，並對本計畫給予高度肯定與支持。 首先是象徵祝福與承諾的「贈福服」儀式，由本會執行長代表將象徵學習啟航的營服贈予學員代表，並寓意在營隊過程中，學生將穿上這份榮譽與責任，啟動全新的學習旅程。隨後舉行「敲響未來鑼」儀式，透過鼓聲象徵信念與目標的啟動鼓聲鏗鏘有力，代表著未來無限可能的開展，也激勵現場學生以堅定態度迎接挑戰。而最令人感動的環節莫過於「宣誓儀式」，由全體學員齊聲宣讀參訓承諾，誓言將珍惜機會、努力精進專業技能、培養團隊合作精神，展現技職人的專業素養與責任感。 7/16於西螺農工舉辦開幕典禮，本會廖志偉董事也特地南下，親自參與這場開啟孩子暑假學習旅程的重要時刻，為學子們加油打氣。活動現場也迎來即將於今年八月上任西螺農工的郭恒瑞校長（現任草屯商工實習主任），以及長期關心青少年成長的雲林縣警察局少年隊曾智揚隊長。 今年的營隊特別邀請少年隊的志工參與陪伴，每天都有志工到校陪著孩子一起上課，帶來溫暖與關懷的力量。課程以「基礎水電技藝」為主軸，讓孩子們在動手實作中建立成就感，也藉由暑假這段時間探索未來的可能。基金會期盼透過這樣的學習歷程，鼓勵學生跳脫傳統框架，發現自己對技術與未來工作的熱情，邁出自信的第一步。 ✨更多活動紀錄>> https://www.
