Collaboration Over Competition is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in the state of Pennsylvania in January of 2021. The organization seeks through its mission to identify women professionals and entrepreneurs across a multitude of industries; connecting them to business mentors within the Collaboration Over Competition network. COC serves as a business resource to bring positive exposure, networking opportunities, and support to women business owners in the tristate. Collaboration Over Competition helps small business owners as they navigate within their respective fields.
