Younes & Soraya Nazarian Family Foundation THE YOUNES SORAYA NAZARIAN FAMILY FOUNDATION PROMOTING EDUCATION AS CATALYST FOR SOCIETAL CHANGE The Foundation supports educational causes in a broad spectrum of institutions and through a wide variety of avenues academic public policy community based social and artistic programs. Giving back to the Jewish and Iranian roots of the family has been a central priority for the Foundation therefore the Foundations geographic foci are Los Angeles and Tel Aviv Israel as well as wherever the need is greatest. The sculpture shown above entitled Legacy 2009 carrera marble by noted sculptor Soraya Sarah Nazarian is situated at the entrance to the University of Haifa in Israel. Legacy embodies the spirit of the Foundation which values the sharing of knowledge and the pursuit of education as catalysts for positive change.
