Did you know the Missoula Downtown Foundation (MDF) - a 501(c)3 nonprofit and partner organization of the Downtown Missoula Partnership - contributed $200,000 to the Riverfront Terrace at Brennan’s Wave? The project improves how we connect to Caras Park and our people to the water that runs through the corridor. River-facing terraced seating, an ADA ramp, handrailing and landscaping will foster healthy connections to the river, improve access to/from the water, and reduce erosion through the Clark Fork corridor. It should be completed before the end of May. Also in support of Caras Park, the MDF is currently raising $500,000 to replace the canopy and paint the pavilion structure this fall. The canopy is now 28 years old, and the pavilion structure needs a fresh coat of new paint.
