HR Moye Foundation Our Mission Helping young people. The HR Moye Foundation through its mission performance makes a profound difference in the lives of disadvantaged students currently enrolled in elementary middle and high schools in the Thomas JeffersonSilva Magnet High School area. Our Impact Our Annual Golf Tournament and other fundraising events aid in raising needed funds to assist students asking for support. The Foundation provides eyeglasses shoes clothing medical help and school supplies to students applying for aid.
