To share God's love with indigent and impoverished children int he Philippines, by ministering to their spiritual, physical, social and economic needs.To provide each child the opportunity to hear the Christian Gospel and develop a maturing relationship with Jesus Christ through partnership with local evangelical churches.To provide each child the opportunity to fully develop their God given talents and mental abilities through education (from 1st grade through vocational school or university level), as we believe education can open doors and opportunities that can help these children break the cycle of poverty which has been engulfing them and their families for generations.To provide for the children's physical needs through yearly medical and dental check ups, supplemental food and vitamins.To support the growth of marriage, family and the church through Bible studies, parental and children's conferences,  and other church-based programs.
