Cameroonian American Mutual

The purpose/mission of CAMUT is to empower and unite Cameroonian nationals living in the USA in order to foster a good spirit of community and fraternity, as well as to provide mutual aid, partnership, information, sharing, educational, cultural, social justice/activities, and networking to all its members and beyond. At CAMUT, “community engagement” is our main goal. This means we want to use our platform to better engage people in our community to achieve long-term and sustainable relationships, outcomes, benefits, processes, discourse, decision making, etc. We understand that to be successful as a community, we need to use strategies and processes that are sensitive to our own community-context. We firmly believe that people and meaningful relationships come first.
