Formed in 2006 in response to government misuse of OHV specific funds. We represent 4x4, SxS, ATV & Motorcycle users and businesses. Washington Off-Highway Vehicle Alliance (WOHVA), a 501(c)3 non-profit, is Washington State’s only organization that represents all 4x4, SxS, ATV & Offroad Motorcycle users. We strive to be a single point of contact for Federal & State land managers and elected representatives in Olympia. We are committed to sustainable recreation, trail maintenance, advocacy & education.
