We support and offer opportunities for our community including anyone seeking wellness connection and fun individuals facing addictiondependence and those dealing with mental health issues. Through donationbased activities and events we address all 8 Dimensions of Wellness with compassion and connection not shame and guilt. Our offerings include art nights talk groups a free library full moon adventures hikes disc golf trips bowling nights selfcare nights hot spring trips educational classes oneonones with our executive director workout buddies game nights yoga nidra breathwork and meditation nights all sober activities.
