Sublette County Health Foundation
Sublette County is the only county in Wyoming without a hospital. The Sublette County Health Foundation was formed in 2022 to support the efforts to construct a new combined facility to house the Sublette County Hospital and the Sublette Center (Long-Term Skilled Nursing and Memory Care Facility). The seed for its creation was planted in 2020, after a growing swell of community supprt. Our mission is to raise financial support to advance the mission of Sublette County Health, which is to provide efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care. Specific goals include the purchasing of new equipment, and providing financial support for training to improve and maintain quality care.
