New Vision for Independence Inc.
New Vision for Independence Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to providing vital services to individuals with severe bilateral vision loss in Lake, Sumter, and The Villages in rural central Florida. The organization was incorporated on July 18, 2005.
Mission and Programs
New Vision for Independence aims to eliminate barriers to independence for people with vision loss through rehabilitation, community education, advocacy, and support services. These services are designed to enhance daily functioning in living, vocational, and academic activities. They offer unique training programs tailored to individuals of all ages, from infants to seniors.
The organization's Four Pillars include:
