Callis Educational Fund Welcome to The Callis Educational Fund website. The purpose of The Callis Educational Fund is to provide scholarships for Callis descendants with outstanding scholastic records and to promote genealogical research. Callis descendants are those individuals who are descendants of Captain Robert Callis 1615 1680 of St. Peter Hertsford England Barbados and Petsworth Parish Gloucester County Virginia by birth or adoption and their spouses.
