Solomon Schechter School of Queens

A unique education unfolds at Schechter Queens, embracing a diverse, multicultural and multilingual Jewish community of students from pre-school through eighth grade. Our dedicated faculty and staff work hand in hand with a strong and vibrant community to provide our students with a stimulating and challenging environment and cultivate their creativity, independence and intellectual curiosity. Together, our students are taught to reach their full potential in general studies, delving into STEM alongside the Arts, thus fueling their future success with some STEAM. Together they study Torah, modern Hebrew, Israel and explore Jewish tradition. They build lifelong ties and get to know their community and themselves, while preparing for high school challenges and beyond.
