About - Harmonia Sanctuary Harm Reduction Service for Festivals Harmonia Sanctuary 501c3 Compassionate Support and Harm Reduction Service for Music Festivals and Events. Sanctuary Our flagship event operation Harmonia provides a fullservice safety and support to festivals and their patrons. Since 2015 our trained peer support team knows how to deal with patrons undergoing difficult experiences and gracefully provides sanctuary to individuals undergoing difficult experiences. Education and Training Since 2015 we have trained individuals from the ground up how to care for themselves and others.
