It is the mission of Community Living Connections, Inc. to support individuals to live their best life in their own home and in their community.

Adult Supported Living Services Community Living Connections supports individuals with intellectualdevelopmental disabilities physical disabilities and frail elders to live as independently as possible in their own homes. We respect each persons unique contribution to their community. We ensure personcentered supports that emphasize dignity respect and independence.
