To redress the racial wealth gap and build generational wealth by providing incubator-accelerator services to Black and Brown Entrepreneurs living in the rural counties of North Carolina. Vision: An economy that is just, fair and free from race-constructed barriers in which every person, family and community has the chance to build sustainable wealth and well-being. Our programs, partnerships, and outreach center those historically disenfranchised to design responsive and impactful programs that change lives.
