Customer Service and Billing System We thank you for your patience during the 2024 upgrade to our customer service and billing software system. The green Pay My Bill button on our home page can be used to view your monthly bill pay your bill online for immediate account posting and set up autopay if desired. We will be introducing new features in upcoming months as the system is fully integrated with the DropCountr app as well as our oncall system.
