The purpose of this Corporation will be to preserve, promote education, including the outstanding natural, geological, biological, cultural, historical, educational and recreational facilities of Beaman Park to the community through activities; to promote environmental, conservation, and wilderness resources protection and awareness, and to exercise all power conferred upon such corporations performed under the Tennessee Nonprofit Corporation Act and in accordance with section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
