The Indian Hills Elementary PTO Wants You! The PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) works to improve, enhance, and expand on each enrolled child’s school experience by creating an alliance between the teachers, administrative staff, and parents. Purpose of the Indian Hills Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization is to improve and expand on each enrolled child's school experience by creating an alliance between the teachers and administrative staff and parent's/ guardian. This objective will be obtained by:A. The promotion of open communication between the teachers and parentsB. The encouragement of student, parent, and teacher participation at school functionsC. The creation of a collaborative atmosphere where parents may share ideas, experiences, problems, and solutions regarding the school.D. The organization and/or contributing funds and services to special projects and extracurricular activities.
