The Little Theatre is a volunteer community theatre founded in 1944, created to serve the Walla Walla Valley. The Little Theatre of Walla Walla showcases the talents of local volunteers and entertains and enriches our community by producing good plays done well. The Little Theatre has a rich and active 77 year legacy of offering full spectrum live theatre. We offer everything from Broadway musicals and serious dramas to sophisticated comedies and children's theatre outreach experiences as well as workshops and training sessions.

The Father is a sobering and realistic family story and an unsentimental emotionally intense look at the world from Andres perspective. The Father is a darkly humorous and deeply poignant play about aging dementia and love. Now an aspiring young architect in Terre Haute Indiana Willum Cubbert has often told his friends about the debt he owes to Rick Steadman a fellow exGI whom he has never met but who saved his life after he was seriously wounded in Vietnam.
