Cancer StrongHER empowers female survivors of ALL cancers through active lifestyle programs. StrongHER is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization promoting an active lifestyle for female survivors of ALL cancers with the goal of reducing cancer recurrence rates. We provide free fitness classes like yoga, tennis, Pickleball, fitness boxing, Pilates, FitCamp, rowing, Barre, workshops, retreats and more. Cancer StrongHER gives survivors the opportunity to maintain a fight-ready level of fitness and to regain control of their well-being. The fight against cancer does not stop with the last drip of chemotherapy, the last zap of radiation, or the last stitch from surgery and neither should support for these women.
