THE COMMUNITY MAINTAINS AN URBAN FOREST OF OVER 35 ACRES; WITH OVER 2000 TREES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. IT ALSO MAINTAINS A 33 ACRE SEAWATER LAGOON THAT IS A CENTRAL ELEMENT IN ITS STORM DRAIN SYSTEM. IT ALSO MAINTAINS PUBLIC PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE TRAILS THAT RUN THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE LAGOON.THE COMMUNITY ALSO ACTS AS A GOVERNMENTAL UNIT BY PROVIDING A PRIVATE SECURITY SAFETY FORCE, AND HAS MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL TO MAINTAIN THE COMMON AREAS INCLUDING THE WATER QUALITY IN THE LAGOON.
