Therefore it is difficult for us to announce that until further notice we are unable to take ownersurrendered dogs. Why This Decision Is Necessary We are at maximum capacity and have exhausted all resources for accepting surrendered dogs. While there may be emergency situations that compel us to take extraordinary steps to accommodate the most urgent circumstances they will be very very few.
