This terrified, breeder release dog, crossed multiple lanes of traffic and entered a wooded area. The foster parents did everything right to recover Parker. They connected with DD Ponder, and early this morning Parker was trapped. Without the guidance of DD Ponder, and use of drones and traps, I don’t think this story would have a happy ending.
